The RISING SQUAD acts as a bridge between the youth categories and the professional circuit. - WorldTour setup: athletes are fully equipped with the same gear as our professional teams (RCR-R Pro and RCR-F Pro bikes, aero apparel, shoes, helmets, and eyewear). - World-class mentoring: our young talents are directly mentored by 3 world-renowned triathlon figures, with regular access to expert-led webinars (mechanics, nutrition, personal branding). - The dual project: high-level athletes are also built off the race course. The VAN RYSEL pathway secures our athletes' futures through academic support, corporate internships, and access to our professional networks.
